A relaxing sky bar with excellent sights of Phnom Penh during the night. Pleasant cocktails, we experienced two home signatures plus the whisky bitter, all of which glad. There was an easy listening Filipino band participating in, as well as the band was accepting of music requests. Perfect for an night to wind down, with awesome breeze.Cant fault
